Counseling Fees
Standard Sessions are an insurance "hour" (53-minutes)
$225.00 Intake (first appointment)
$200.00 Individual, Couples, and Families
$150.00 Premarital Counseling (may not be covered by insurance)
$100.00 fee for "no-shows" and "late cancellations" (less than 48 hrs.), unless in the event of illness or an emergency. Last minute telehealth sessions offered in lieu of in-person sessions in cases of mild illness, car problems, childcare issues, etc.
Walk & Talk Therapy
Weather permitting (generally offered late May – early September)
- Established clients only (no intakes)
- Same pricing as regular sessions
- Same 53-minute hour
- Location: Waughop Lake Loop in Steilacoom Park (paved and flat)
- 12 minutes from my office
- Free parking
Features:
It is a 1.1-mile loop, FLAT, and paved—taking 19 minutes to traverse around once, on average. We will do the loop twice for a meandering session, and three times for folks who prefer a brisk walk. There are benches placed throughout to pause and take in the beauty for the two-loop sessions. The loop is popular but seldom crowded, making it safe and not too obscure. Conversations are relatively private.
ALL WALK THERAPY APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE WEATHER! If it's rainy, the appointment will be converted to in-office or telehealth.

Insurance Information
I am in-network for Premera, Cigna, First Choice, Regence, Lifewise, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Kaiser HMO & PPO. I do not participate in EAP programs. I can also provide the information you need to be reimbursed by your insurance if I am an "out of network" provider (aka "Superbill").
